Leroy Bennett came to our business today and not only treated the outside of our property but also inspected for us. In a very timely and very professional manner. We were all very pleased with his thoroughness in the inspection for us as it was very important to our staff. To be reassured to continue our daily duties. Technician arrived punctually and completed thorough inspection. The administration personnel remited the report the same day for an expedited closing. Company is Veteran friendly.

The only service I wanted was the initial treatment, without my knowledge they showed up for a follow-up inspection and charged me $159 for a service I didn't want. Today I get a phone call about them coming on 6/16, I don’t want this service and please remove the $159 charge as it was unsolicited.

I haven't seen anything creeping, crawling or flying around my house since BPS started servicing my house a few years ago. In addition, their technician, BRAD, has been to my home several times and he is consistently punctual, thorough, and friendly. He answers all questions and offers sage advice. I hope that he continues to be "my bug man."
